Michael is a qualitative psychologist. He's a Reader in Psychology at Aston University, in Birmingham, in the UK. Michael is the PI on the 'Agency-in-Practice' project.

Lisa is a philosopher of the cognitive sciences, focusing on the philosophy of psychology and psychiatry. She is a Professor of Philosophy at the University of Birmingham.

        Matthew is an academic psychiatrist, philosopher, and Director of the Institute for Mental Health at the University of Birmingham, where he is a Professor of Psychiatry and Youth Mental Health.

Shioma-Lei is a qualitative psychologist and linguist. She is a Senior Research Associate at Aston University, where she also leads her own project on appearance-based bullying in schools.
